Perform the music that you want to play - the way you want to play it...on stage! musicgarage at Park City organizes you with like-minded musicians, coaching two-hour weekly rehearsals for ten weeks to stage a show on Friday, December 11. Take all of your hard work in lessons to the stage while musicgarage reports your progress to your private teacher so that you get the most out of lessons and rehearsals! Learn teamwork, stagecraft and technical skills while networking with other local musicians to play a concert. Singers, electric guitarists, electric bassists, drummers and keyboardists with at last one year of musical instrument study/proficiency. Instructor, Steve Auerbach is an award-winning musician, music producer, concert producer and music educator who founded the Utah 'School of Rock' programs, served as Teaching Assistant to the Composer-in-Residence at the U of U music department. Dates: Monday Evenings October 5 - December 7 We provide the expert staff, sound system, mic, amps, keyboard and drums. Musicians need to bring guitar, bass or drumsticks with a notebook and a pen or pencil. Musicians must be enrolled in private weekly music lessons.
